Hassan has completed works numerous times for me mostly plumbing and gas fitting his work is fantastic. Always helpful punctual and very reasonably priced. He attended during the early hours of one morning at 4am which we were so grateful for. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, came out next day to replace my worn out flexi pipes and brought the new ones with him including new stop valve. He kept everything nice and clean had is own cloths with him so no water or mess was left behind and to top it, his price was very reasonable to come out on Saturday morning. Thank you again for quick and efficient service.

Hasan provided a really good service, Hasan did two jobs for me, one was to identify a leak and fit a new bath in at my mothers, which was done quickly and efficiently; He noticed some bad workmanship from a previous job straight away. And the other was to fix a faulty tap at my house. Hasan is a decent young lad who is honest and hardworking, he is technically sound. I would thoroughly recommend his company.

Brilliant service.... Hasan was recommended to me by a friend and i needed a new full sink installing. He responded quickly, booked in the installation and came on time. Highly efficient, very professional and absolutely pleasant young man. His work was so neat and even cleaned up all the mess. We encountered a slight hiccup due to the old sink being very dated but he managed to sort the problem out with any issues. He talked me through what he was going to do and carried on with his work. Highly recommend the young man. His prices are very reasonable too.

Dan fitted our new bathroom, I feel like so much time and thought was put into the job before the work even started. I really appreciate all the details that make it a functional family bathroom as well as looking great. The work has been completed to such a high standard, Dan also sorted out a few other plumbing issues in the house along the way. Contacted Dan to repair our kitchen and bathroom. He was so prompt and professional from the start. He came in with his team and repaired and refurbished our kitchen and gave it a whole new look. He kept in touch and updated us of the smallest details and kept our anxieties away. Even after the majority of the work was done, he followed up with other pending issues. Dan at Oakstone Plumbing made the daunting process of having a new bathroom very straightforward and uncomplicated. Communication was exemplary from day 1, and throughout Dan was generous with his advice. Both he and the tradespeople he used (joiners, plasterer, tiler and electrician) were conscientious and professional, and all work was effected to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Oakstone Plumbing.

Dan was really helpful from our first interaction. We asked him to fix an issue with a bath tap leak and were given really honest information and advice straight away. Dan came out promptly to assess the issue and when it came to fixing it, went above and beyond to make sure it was done to a high standard. It was really reassuring to have someone complete the work who was so meticulous in ensuring it was done right. Excellent communication from start to finish and I would rely on Dan to come back and do any other plumbing job!

Stewart was absolutely brilliant - he came out on an emergency and fixed a leak in our house. He was so friendly, explained everything and just knew exactly what to do. Will absolutely be using this company again, brilliant service and super friendly people!

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Mark and his team fitted a new bathroom whilst we were on holiday and we are very pleased with it. It was lovely to return to a new bathroom without any of the upheaval whilst it was being fitted. He was great with suggestions when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted and we wouldn't hesitate to use him and his team for other work.

This was best estimate of three. The price was right. The projected start date was adhered to. The duration on site was adhered to. Mark and his co staff were polite and professional. Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away.
