Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. He came around, diagnosed the fault, took the toilet apart, fitted new bolts and gasket and resolved the problem, all within the hour. Very polite, very professional and a credit to your company. Called Plumbcare to help with a leaking mains pipe. Kristian and Nigel turned up within two hours, were professional, approachable, and calming. Diagnosed the problems and got them fixed quickly and confidently. Great service, will absolutely call them next time I need help.

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Yorkshire Water sent Aquaforce to deal with replacing outside stop valve and deal with leak. Two guys came and set to work immediately. They were friendly and polite, reassured us regarding the work and implications. The work was carried out as though we were in a video advertising Aquaforce. Faultless. Thank you Aquaforce.

This company replaced my mains Lead pipe. They are reasonably priced. The dig/moling team was very pleasant to deal with (dug up and repaired garden to a high standard). The plumber who did the internal work took his job seriously and worked to high standard. I would highly recommend them.
