Speedy and friendly receptionist and professional and helpful engineer (Kevin). After servicing both our boiler and water cistern he left both job sites clean and tidy. He also gave advice on routine maintenance which is very useful! Highly recommended, will use again.

Highly recommend! Callum & Max came out to fit a new boiler today and they were fantastic; they arrived on time, were super polite and got the job done without leaving any mess behind. They’re both lovely lads and are a credit to the company.

Richard in the office was extremely reactive and responsive and arranged for the wonderful Josh to arrive within half an hour. Josh worked fantastically efficiently, was thorough, clean and tidy. They were quick to respond to my slightly naive and unreasonable requirement (a job that needed doing within 48 hours); when Aston arrived (bang on time), he assessed the situation quickly, gave me ample warning of what might be required to fix it, and then got on with it.
