Rachel came round for the day, very punctual arriving at the time we had agreed. She fitted us 5 radiators and changed all TRV valves, which was done to an extremely high standard. Lovely woman couldn’t recommend her enough, she is definitely going to be our regular plumber from now on. Thank you Rachel.

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

I contacted Tom about having a boiler service carried out and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional. I thought he was very knowledgeable about his products and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Tom came out to fix a gas pipe I accidentally drilled through yesterday. Came within 30 mins of my call. Reasonably priced (even with Sunday pricing). Very polite and did a great job, even when the job turned out to be more complicated than he originally thought, would definitely recommend

I contacted thermo Man today as I'm having issues with my boiler. He was happy to come out as soon as possible and visited tonight. Really professional, punctual and talked me through everything. Trusting , reliable and reasonable- would highly recommend!

Lou is the best plumber in town. Has looked after my property for several years. Everything from repairing an old boiler, to installing a new one. Radiator maintenance, and boiler annual services. Great communication and price. Would recommend.

Rang Thermoman in evening as my boiler stopped working . He came out first thing the next morning and quickly sorted the problem out. I then arranged for it to be serviced the following week. On both occasions he arrived at exactly the time he said he would, was very friendly and professional in his work and left the place spotlessly clean. Competitively priced, and I will be using him again for any future work on heating system and annual service.

Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. He came around, diagnosed the fault, took the toilet apart, fitted new bolts and gasket and resolved the problem, all within the hour. Very polite, very professional and a credit to your company. Excellent service provided. We had no hesitation in using R Toomes & Son due to them carrying out works for friends and family members in the past. We required a complete replacement heating/water system which involved the removal of an old back boiler and pipe work including the first stages of a bathroom installation. This work was carried out during a time the house was empty so installation was a bit easier thanks to carpets and floorboards already up in places. The 4 man team were extremely polite and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others for similar work.

We recently used this company to refit our bathroom and the finished product was fantastic, also yesterday our boiler broke down, James the owner personally attended within the hour, it was diagnosed that evening and two of his staff turned up at 8am on Xmas eve with the correct part and it was repaired within the hour, top service !

Arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. The plumber even cleaned up after himself and asked for a mop to clean the bathroom floor after the work was done. Very impressed by the service and will be using again.

Had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve last year, and had to switch off all water. Fortunately was going to stay with my 'support bubble' for Christmas! These guys were the only ones who responded to me while everyone else said they were finished until new year and that I'd have to wait. They came round between Christmas and new year once I was back at home, turned up on time and fixed the pipe. Lifesavers, it would have been so unpleasant to wait a whole week without water, particularly at that time of year.
