I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

Tom came out to fix a gas pipe I accidentally drilled through yesterday. Came within 30 mins of my call. Reasonably priced (even with Sunday pricing). Very polite and did a great job, even when the job turned out to be more complicated than he originally thought, would definitely recommend

The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional. I thought he was very knowledgeable about his products and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Recently had. new boiler fitted by BSH and would be pleased to recommend them to anyone. They were polite and pleasant and left no mess whatsoever , Everything was clean and tidy and l am delighted with the work that has been done.

I needed a gas pipe from a new external meter to the inside of my building. I Found BSH on google. The guy who came out was very friendly. He arrived when he said he would to give me a quote. The quote was good for the work involved. He came later in the day to complete the work which was carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It was an absolute pleasure to find a tradesman who did the following :- 1) turned up on time 2) fully explained their findings (with evidence) 3) gave a comprehensive quote and return time 4) left the premises clean and tidy 5) returned when they said they would 6) carried out the work quietly and efficiently 7) left a job sheet specifying the works done 8) billed the same as quoted Paul was a gentleman throughout my dealings with him on the phone and was happy to respond to queries via WHATSAPP at what may be considered non working hours. Matt who did the work was polite, respectful of his surroundings and willing to take the time to explain, in simple terms, the work done and why it was required. I'll certainly use them again and would be more than happy to reference their work.

Rachel came round for the day, very punctual arriving at the time we had agreed. She fitted us 5 radiators and changed all TRV valves, which was done to an extremely high standard. Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen. Thank you very much Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing four your great work. We have an emergency at home. None of my nearest plumbers could come to fix it. Silverback came straight away and gave us a cheap solution but we decided to refurbish the whole bathroom. The started the next day and everything was done in a week, including new shower plate, screen, sink, toilet, taps, walls, ceiling, lights, shelves mirror and towel rack.
