Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. The finished job was way above my expectations, nothing phased Paul and Matt. At the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy, I highly recommend Beau Plumbing & Tiling.

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. The communication with the head office was spot on as well. I'm really pleased with the overall service of the UP&H and I have already recommended to friends and family.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. He came around, diagnosed the fault, took the toilet apart, fitted new bolts and gasket and resolved the problem, all within the hour. Very polite, very professional and a credit to your company. Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

We’ve had 2 bathrooms and a new boiler done by Tom over the last couple of years. He’s amazing. Super organised and efficient, turns up exactly when he says he will, does the job perfectly and leaves everything neat and tidy. Andrew installed a new boiler and shower set for me last summer after advising me on poor water heating and flow to an upstairs shower. He gave me a quote for a number of boilers at different budgets and no pressure was applied to choose one over another. He did an excellent and prompt installation, giving information during the process. Shower now working brilliantly! Also came out at short notice a few days ago to sort out a frozen condensate pipe and got the heating going again. Great local service, would highly recommend.

In reply to Robert Eva's revue, my Father was called by the gentleman on a Sunday, his Mother lived 12 miles away on the other side of Huddersfield, no surprise that he couldn't go out at a minutes notice. If only we were all hanging at the back of the telephone?
