Tom came out to fix a gas pipe I accidentally drilled through yesterday. Came within 30 mins of my call. Reasonably priced (even with Sunday pricing). Very polite and did a great job, even when the job turned out to be more complicated than he originally thought, would definitely recommend

Tom is a very helpful gentleman, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a boiler to install in his area but it was to far for us to travel. I contacted Tom of Parkes Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon just before Xmas. He attended site late in the evening and returned on the Saturday morning to fit the replacement boiler. Jack did a great job replacing our boiler. He gave us good advice on replacements, got us booked in very quickly and has been very helpful throughout. He has also previously replaced two radiators for me and did to a very high standard. Would happily recommend and use again.

5 Stars - would highly recommend. Jack removed our old boiler and water tank and replaced with a combination boiler. A really big job done efficiently over 2 days. Very pleased with the results and creating more storage space where the tank and boiler used to be. Already booking Jack in for further jobs to fix a toilet flush and radiator leak.

I highly recommend JSE. I had a boiler service and a new style radiator fitted. Jack had great communication, was on time and finished the job well, everything to a high standard and they left the room spotless once complete. I’ll be calling them for all future plumbing and gas needs.

I asked Jack if he would change a large old radiator for a smaller smarter more efficient one. Nothing was too much trouble from answering my texts about advising the best radiator to squeezing through our new very tight for trap. Excellent service and value for money. Plus he cleaned up afterwards better than when he arrived! He did such a good job I’ve asked him to come back and service the boiler.

Chris and Mark did a great job with a full bathroom and downstairs toilet refit. Most importantly when I found a minor issue they were quickly back to fix it. Very pleased with their work ethic and the final results.

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too
