Silverback Plumbing was recommended to us through a friend when we bought our house. After first inspection our boiler was in a worse state than we originally thought and needed a lot of TLC. Chris has been super helpful throughout the entire process and offered us a lot of advice. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Silverback excelled yesterday when I had an emergency situation at my mum’s home. Not only did they attend within 20 minutes they sorted what was potentially a very difficult issue quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

Thank you very much Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing four your great work. We have an emergency at home. None of my nearest plumbers could come to fix it. Silverback came straight away and gave us a cheap solution but we decided to refurbish the whole bathroom. The started the next day and everything was done in a week, including new shower plate, screen, sink, toilet, taps, walls, ceiling, lights, shelves mirror and towel rack. Ben is a great person, plumber and electrician. He worked really well and fast. I really recommend Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing.

Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. Chris and Mark did a great job with a full bathroom and downstairs toilet refit. Most importantly when I found a minor issue they were quickly back to fix it. Very pleased with their work ethic and the final results.

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

Mr Mulla was a decent professional person and did a good job. He fixed my leaky radiator and disconnected another one. The price was reasonabe considering he came and worked late in the evening. I recommend this guy. Thank you.

Perfect! Needed an emergency sorting out on a Sunday, arrived in less than an hour, sorted out the problem at a great price. Very polite and friendly. We were very happy! Will be using again in future as we want to do some upgrades at the house.

Lou is the best plumber in town. Has looked after my property for several years. Everything from repairing an old boiler, to installing a new one. Radiator maintenance, and boiler annual services. Great communication and price. Would recommend.

Lou has been really pleasant to deal with. He is very friendly and affable. He is good at what he does and the end result of what we've had done is very good. Little or no mess and he cleans up after himself - and for an OCD house cleaner like me, that is much appreciated. No hesitation in recommending him to others.

I contacted thermo Man today as I'm having issues with my boiler. He was happy to come out as soon as possible and visited tonight. Really professional, punctual and talked me through everything. Trusting , reliable and reasonable- would highly recommend!

One of our heating zone valves had packed in. The response was very quick, came to look within 2 hours of calling, collected a part and fixed within another 2 hours. Couldn't ask for much more given today's weather

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. He came around, diagnosed the fault, took the toilet apart, fitted new bolts and gasket and resolved the problem, all within the hour. Very polite, very professional and a credit to your company. Very pleased with the outcome and work put in by Lee, one of the boiler engineers from Plumbcare. The problem was eventually sorted on our boiler but it almost had him beat. But being very thorough he sorted the issue. So thankyou again Lee and cheers.

Danny did our boiler service last year and as he'd arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily (and was someone I felt comfortable to have in the house) I had already decided I'd be a regular customer. Fast forward to the coldest day of the year arrived and the boiler decided not to work so I called Danny - not only did he come out that same day and fix it, he didn't overcharge for an emergency call out and it was all done and dusted by the time I got home. An absolute star, highly recommend.

Needed a boiler servicing quite quickly, was recommended Danny by another plumber. Contacted him on Monday night and he was with us the next day. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve last year, and had to switch off all water. Fortunately was going to stay with my 'support bubble' for Christmas! These guys were the only ones who responded to me while everyone else said they were finished until new year and that I'd have to wait. They came round between Christmas and new year once I was back at home, turned up on time and fixed the pipe. Lifesavers, it would have been so unpleasant to wait a whole week without water, particularly at that time of year.

We recently used this company to refit our bathroom and the finished product was fantastic, also yesterday our boiler broke down, James the owner personally attended within the hour, it was diagnosed that evening and two of his staff turned up at 8am on Xmas eve with the correct part and it was repaired within the hour, top service !

First class jobs by Tom at R Toomes. He arrived on time and explained exactly what was needed, including making recommendations about the tap we should buy. Then he fitted the tap and mended the fault with the toilet efficiently and cleanly. Excellent job!
