I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

I had a great experience with this company. They’re very nice and get straight to work. Will quote you a fixed rate so there’s no worries about them running the clock. They were the ONLY plumber in the area to do that, and the only plumber to know exactly what my issue was. Highly recommend for a quality plumber. They’ve found a customer for life!

Jake is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain exactly what the issue is and what the solution options are, whether the job is big or small, an emergency or a routine repair. I have used him on multiple occasions, and he is very responsive to any query, turning up when he says he will. He is trustworthy and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommended!

My central heating system was very old and inefficient and when one of the radiators sprung a leak I contacted Wing's Property Service. I am so glad that I did - they came along and changed all of my radiators with the minimum disturbance and then took the time to power flush and service the system and leave me with a super efficient set up which will serve me well into the future. I could not recommend them enough - the owner Ollie is very enthusiastic and fully committed to customer service and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled. Undoubtedly Wing's Property Services is now my go to plumber!

Thank you Ollie, Nick, Jamie and team for doing a wonderful job! We have had our boiler replaced and moved into the loft and out the way, as recommended by Ollie because in future we plan to remodel the kitchen and didn’t want the boiler in the way. From the initial enquiry to completion of works Ollie and his team have been so professional, transparent and informative. As inconvenient as it is having renovations at home, this team were absolutely fantastic - clean, on time, and efficient, hardly made any noise. I only found out after the job was completed that Ollie ran into some unexpected troubles with our old pipes being in bad shape but he fixed all issues without even bothering us once. The price given was very fair given the quality of work, and I would certainly recommend this company in future with confidence.

From first point of contact, Oliver was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with everything. Oliver quickly organised his engineer to come out to us. On arrival Mason was very polite and helpful. Mason was very informative and done a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for Mason. We were impressed with the whole service from beginning to end. We will definitely be using Wings Property Services Ltd again in the near future. Would definitely recommend this company, they were great.

Had the guys round to quote a boiler replacement. Their quote was the best price I had received from any engineers in the area. They carried out the works promptly and professionally and kept me closely updated throughout the whole process. Even better, they were really respectful around covid preferences and kept their masks on the entire time. They even disinfected the entire are after, which was a real touch of class. The company was recommended by a friend, and what a good thing that was. Jordan is very professional and knowledgeable. We had a central heating problem which was quickly diagnosed. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The thermostat control for my boiler had broken. I rang them first thing in the morning and by late afternoon it was all sorted. A really polite charming young man called Tom fitted a new Hive thermostat system and took the time to show me how to set times etc on this new updated version. I will be using them again for any other issues in my home.

I was really impressed with Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing. Used them because previous owner had for installing boiler, which was leaking, and warranty was with them. So glad I did! They came and diagnosed problem quickly, explored all the options to resolve, and did a fabulous job with the fix agreed. Boiler was working great, was actually a piping issue in building. I had quite a back and forth with the managing agent of the property, to agree fix. The Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing were helpful and supportive, involved in that back and forth. Its great to be warm again at last, in this cold weather. I'd call the team again, if and when future plumbing issues, and recommend to others.

We've had problems with our heating foe over a year with multiple plumbers coming out and proposing fixes that were not successful for very long. However, elmbridge were able to come out access the problem, talk us through the problem and solution. We've finally got reliable heating. Great workmanship, tidy, reliable and honest. I am so grateful to the team at Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing for their quick, efficient and friendly service when I was left without heating or hot water when my boiler broke down a few days pre Christmas. Their initial response was very fast and the price given for replacement was very fair. The two plumbers who carried out the work both went out of their way (and I think worked beyond their usual hours!) to get the whole system serviced and a new boiler up and running within a day and a half. Thank you for the fabulous service!

Very good and professional experience with two tap and vanity unit replacements in two very old bathrooms. Job schedule professionally and reliably, the plumber came exactly on time and finished a sizeable job speedily (less than a day) and to a very high standard. He cleverly solved some challenges that our old flat caused, talking to us in layman’s terms for the key issues. Highly recommended. Will be using them again.

Such a fantastic company to deal with! Aston Cord were recommended to me by one of my neighbours. I rang them up first thing on a Monday morning and was greeted by a friendly member of staff. I advised them about my boiler playing up and they said they could get an engineer out that very day. The engineer arrived 1 hour after i called. 1 HOUR!!! This was very impressive and the engineer looked smart and professional. He had great knowledge and diagnosed the problem with my boiler very quickly. I would have no hesitation in using Aston Cord again and would strongly recommend them to everyone.
