We have used this company a couple of times since buying our house a year ago. They have installed a new boiler for us as well as giving us our dream bathroom. Everyone we have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. All despite the house having very dodgy plumbing and botched DIY jobs over the years which has caused them no end of issues! Especially a big thank you to Tony for sorting our bathroom and Mike for being responsive to all of our queries throughout all of the processes. Couldn't recommend them enough.
John came out and all was sorted with calm and friendly efficiency. House was cluttered but he advised on organising things very kindly to do our central heating repair. We now have working radiators all through. I can't thank him enough. Fantastic work!
I can’t recommend stefan and jay enough, having waiting months for other plumbers to return to fix a cold radiator, they arrived on time and within 2 hrs the house was like a sauna. Both guys were so courteous and polite, they had promised me they wouldn’t leave without radiator working and they fulfilled their promise. 5***** does not give them enough credit, thanks guys.
This is an exceptional company who go the extra mile for their customers. I can’t praise John and Tash highly enough for their professionalism and customer service. My mum had used them previously to service her boiler and then today I had to call them out again when I noticed she had an issue with her cold-water tank in the loft. I explained the situation to Tash who then very kindly arranged for John to come out straight away. Amazing service and lovely people to deal with.
Great company turned up when they said they would, found the problem but would need to buy a new part so had to come back next day, which they did. Fixed the problem and sorted out another problem caused by another company. John was great, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this company again.
