Professional and efficient service. I originally booked for a boiler service which was delivered above expectations with help and advice provided on safeguarding against CO2. I then ask for a quote to replace a radiator to a larger size to heat the room more effectively. Quote was provided via message and once’s accepted I was able to pick a suitable time and date. Again, fast and efficient and great quality. Even disposed of all rubbish and old radiator- thank you
David came to service my boiler. He arrived early. He carried out a full service, was done in less than an hour and he even went up into the loft to check the roof for leaks around the flue. Above and beyond, I couldnt be happier, would recommend 100%
Booked Hollowell for a radiator change and they have gone above and beyond to ensure the installation was done to the right standard and that we understood what was happening. Works were sensitive to being in our home. We added a boiler service, and would strongly recommend then to others.
