Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I would not hesitate to recommend South Manchester Heating to anybody looking for a new stove. Paul and Ian were professional and easy to deal with at all times and provided a great service. The lead in time was realistic and they were swift in planning, clear in all communications and very amenable when I had questions and queries about how to best operate the stove. They were also able to recommend an appropriate finance arrangement for me. I am very happy with the result and I am looking forward to many warm evenings around the stove in the future! The Stove is a 4.5kW Mendip Woodland with Logstore.

Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. I have tried many other companies but trust the knowledgeable and experienced team at SMH to understand and sort the problems out. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks very much!

Great communication, neat and clean job done very efficiently. Fitted a 3 in 1 boiling tap in the kitchen and brilliant research and imagination to get me a garden hose fitting on an indoor tap that saved me circa £200. These guys are amazing. Very highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Excellent from start to finish, job ran smoothly.The lads , Danny and John were polite , friendly and courteous. The bath and shower top class work, and new taps for Belfast sink are perfect tradional sturdy and swish. The leak detection took less than 5mins and fixed next day. Sam in the office kept me informed and was always available. Punctual and efficient and young and enthusiastic. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Forgot to leave a review a couple of months ago but I’ve used Bilal a few times for emergency leaks. He is super fast, kind and professional and sorted the issue straight away. Pricing is also more than reasonable 😊 Update, just used Bilal for a third time to move and install new radiators. Excellent service as always, fit me in really quickly and is the best priced! I am more than satisfied to share my experience with All Home Repairs. The plumber turned up at the allotted time and fixed the issue within an hour.
