Excellent service. We had gurgling bath/shower drains when flushing the loo so called out SM Drains. They were good at keeping in touch about arrival time and once they arrived found quite a bad blockage in the main drain which they promptly cleared. Reasonably priced and great service couldn't ask for more. I'd definitely recommend.
Phoned to get bad flooding on our driveway sorted out. They came round when they said they would to quote and then came to do the job four days later. Impressed with communication and the work done. Thanks!
Joe and Carl (hope that's spelled correctly 🤦🏻♀️) we're great...on time, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They solved the problem and took it on themselves to speak to United Utilities about an issue outside our boundary line. We would definitely use their services again...although hopefully we will never need too!!😂
Both Paul and Joe arrived quickly after phoning regarding a blockage. They shown excellent knowledge and experience coming to tackle a blocked drain in no time and were very reasonable in cost. Would highly recommend and will be my first contact in the future for any issues
I unfortunately had a drain blockage. I got recommended this company from a friend at work. After calling Paul he reassured me they could help and said he would get a member of his team down to sort the problem out on the same day. A member of their team called Joe called me to give an update on when he would be able to come and he arrived when he had said. He was very professional and friendly and sorted our blockage out. He also told us what to do if something similar occurs again. I would definitely not hesitate to call them again if I have any further issues and I will definitely be recommending them.
