Mike’s team replaced our boiler in a new location. The team were courteous, efficient, informative and did a great job, despite a number of problems that were encountered due to issues with the standard of the previous boiler and pipe work installation. I’d highly recommend this company.

Contacted Mike as I needed an old and non functioning boiler and cistern taking out and a new combi boiler installed. He arrived the next day to assess the job and talked me through the whole process of removing and installing a new system. I found him to be a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He contacted me after the weekend with a price which I was happy with and then arranged a date for the work to be done. The lads who came to do the install were friendly and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what they were doing and when the work was finished they cleaned up and left it very tidy. The work was done in less than eight hours and the whole process had taken 8 days from initial enquiry to completion. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for a great job guys.

They installed a new boiler for us, the engineer who came was excellent, he did a fantastic job hiding the pipe work which we were worried about. I contacted Mike yesterday as it was almost as if our boiler packed up altogether. I sent over some pictures or what was going on. He came out first thing this morning had a look and knew exactly what was wrong. He is very knowledgeable and polite very easy to talk to! We're just waiting for our new boiler! Very quick and an easy process and affordable to! We wouldn't go to anybody else now!

Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.

We've used Ste in the past to change taps, but it's good to have a reliable plumber on hand. He came today on time to replace the electric shower unit. We changed Triton to Triton as he advised this was preferable due to the piping. Triton recommends replacement units and he fitted it within a few hours. He tested the unit, tidying up after himself and applying silicone to a hole exposed through the switch. He luckily had availability within a week of contacting him and his pricing was competitive with Tritons own pricing for replacement.

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

Ashton Drain Services were fantastic at helping me resolve my blocked drains. They were able to quickly spot what was causing the blockage, resolving the immediate issue & assisted me with communicating with United Utilities for a permanent fix. A very satisfied customer and I would recommend this friendly, helpful service to anyone in need of help with blocked drains.

He came when he said he would and gave a honest opinion in that if we were prepared to wait for United Utilities then we could potentially have the problem sorted for free. However, with us not wanting to inconvenience the neighbours (our blockage was causing them problems too) and us having a young family, we were happy to pay the reasonable amount to get the blockage unblocked quickly and efficiently. Excellent service and we would definitely recommend.

We used Dave to change our downstairs bathroom into a wet room The job entailed stripping the bathroom back to the plaster and and starting from scratch This work was done by Dave and his team to a high standard at a very reasonable price The thing I liked about Dave and his team was, they were always on time, always pleasant and polite. Jack attended as planned for Removal/Replacement of 1 large radiator, leaking taps, removal of leaking bathroom old taps/fitting of new taps. Clean efficient, knowledgeable, polite and more to the point Jacks honesty is highly commendable as I thought that I required new radiators but Jack reassured me that it was a simple task of bleeding the remaining radiators. Any other plumber I am sure would have seized the opportunity to take advantage of my plumbing ignorance. You are a credit to your profession Jack !. Many thanks Linda.

Dave took my old Electric Emmersion Heater out and fitted a new Gas Multipoint Water Heater, he then took my Bath out and fitted a Shower Tray and Wall Panels where the Bath had been and then a Mixer Shower. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone.

So glad we found B D Plumbing & Heating. We had an emergency and Barry was there within a matter of hours and worked hard all day to fix the issues. The following week we had another issue and again he was here very quickly. We’ve used Jay’s services several times, including for emergency repairs to a tenanted property’s boiler. Every time he’s been a legend, trying his best to fit us into his busy schedule and always going the extra mile to ensure our needs are met and our tenants are not let down. He’s very professional, always been on time, jobs executed to perfection and reasonably priced. When he changed the boiler for us, he took time after the job was done to FaceTime the tenant, who had not been present at the installation, to explain to them how the boiler works. *****service, highly recommended - No hot water or heating so I called Gibson who sent 2 engineers before 4pm on the same day. Lewis and Paul quickly identified the problem and managed to get my boiler working until they could obtain and fit the relevant parts (electrodes) the following day. Price was more than reasonable and both engineers were very polite, friendly and helpful.
