I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. I needed a leak from the shower tracing and as the leak was only showing on the floor of the room next door it wasn't a simple job. Master Plumber David isn't just a plumber, he's a master plumber. It started with a plumbing emergency-a leak in an inaccessible area. David had that sorted within an hour and we decided to go ahead with remodeling the bathroom, which we'd been planning to do anyway. Turns out the leak was with old lead pipes, which he removed. And the floor joists were all out of kilter, giving the bathroom floor a wave and dropping down on one side. Have included after, during, and before photos. He fixed the structural problems with the floor, re-plumbed the whole area and all associated pipes extending into nearby areas. Then he tiled the whole room to our specifications and installed all new fittings and furniture. He even replaced the old glass that had a terrible looking fan attached to it. Extremely happy with the results. Would recommend booking David in advance for larger jobs like this as he's always in demand. -Rod

I recommend David, he is very professional and reliable, has great work ethic and a very friendly guy. Called him for a quote he came and assessed what needed doing. he phoned the next day with a quote, which for the amount i needed doing was a great price. Once accepted he came the week after and did the work, I'm very pleased with my new bathroom and my new radiators. I paid as was quoted , and have recommend David to friends.

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm.
