John came to service our Boiler and Gas fire. He was very thorough, professional and gave a full explanation of what he was doing. Due to his due diligence and professionalism he potentially prevented a chimney fire on our home. We would not hesitate to highly recommend his services.

John also managed to replace the flooring during the job due to unexpected extensive damage from the leak.
