It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the guys from Flowpro. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Checked waste water pipe running under house with a camera, cleared a blocked trap and pipe and advised on a second issue in cellar. Will definitely recommend to my neighbours and friends. Very reasonable prices compared to bigger companies.

We had a problem with a blockage somewhere in the main sewer pipes from ours & onto the neighbouring property. After contacting Flowpro, Jack came the very next day even though it was New Years Eve, he sent a camera down & managed to free the blockage but explained where the problem was. Apparently tree roots in the pipe were a problem but away from our boundary so advised us to contact Yorkshire Water. Jack was hard working, very friendly, & really professional, & left everything clean & tidy. We would highly recommend Flowpro a proper professional company. Thanks Jack…5* service.

I cannot recommend Chris and Jack from FlowPro Drainage Ltd highly enough. They tackled a challenging sewage blockage on our property with remarkable expertise and efficiency. We called Flowpro Drainage Ltd in a panic after our downstairs loo drain backed up. Jack went out of his way on a Saturday to come and find and clear the source of the blockage (using cameras) and clear out the drains. Chris & Jack came this morning to unblock our drains at the rear of our property, we’ve only lived here 8 weeks and didn’t know where the man holes were. These 2 soon found 2 which were covered in gravel they then set to work by Roding soon unblocking , dye was used all was running clearly, I can not recommend these guys enough well mannered polite too & a excellent service they provide & people we got them by reading the reviews too . From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Had a plumbing issue and needed a plumber asap! Decided to look local as we have been ripped off in the past and wanted someone we could trust. Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Can't thank you enough for your help today Mark and I hope the can of fuel was enough to get you to the nearest petrol station! Really genuine and no-nonsense guy. Thank you.

I found Richard’s company in the saddleworth browser and he came to do a quote the same day. He was knowledgeable and really competitive from the start so I asked him to fit some radiators. After half a days work I was so impressed I got a new boiler fitted! He is a lovely bloke who put up with our dog, worked around our things and made everything really easy. I’ve worked with a lot of trades in the past and he is definitely one of the best. I will be recommending him to my mum… there is no higher endorsement I can give !!!!

Excellent service, the staff were polite and efficient. The heat pump works wonderfully with our old ex-council house. We had it installed a year ago so I’m able to give a years review. We have found no significant changes in the bills and there has been an improvement in temperature of the hot water. Absolutely amazing! These guys are the most knowledgeable, diligent and professional team we’ve ever dealt with. Three years ago they installed an underfloor air source heat pump system into our barn conversion. It proved to be so super efficient & so easy to use that we asked them to put a heat pump in our main house. This was a much bigger job which included additional & replacement radiators (all of which were all cast iron with bespoke fittings). From the initial discussions, to the removal of the old and the install of the new, we were kept up to date with price and progress. The site was kept really clean and tidy and we could not be happier with the end result. Genuine, hardworking people who care passionately about the quality of their work, their environmental impact and customer satisfaction. Could not ask for more.

I cannot recommend the team at Heat Pump Installers UK Limited enough. They fitted a Samsung EHS Mono R32 HTQ Air Source Heat Pump and 300L cylinder at our property in February 2024. From dealing with the back-office to the highly professional installation team, our customer experience was superb. They answered all our questions and gave us re-assurance that we were making the right choice of equipment and I can confirm that Heat Pumps do work in old, leaky houses when there's snow on the ground (see pic of our ASHP in situ, keeping us warm). One of very few local organisations who are concerned about the environment, helping people make the transition to renewable technologies and with fair and transparent pricing. Andy and his team were great throughout the whole process of installing our air source heat pump. They were able to provide us with a custom solution that allowed us to have the equipment where we wanted it, in order to minimise lost space. This set them apart from other installers we spoke to who weren't forthcoming with as many ideas. The installation itself was very smooth and the work is really neat. Date arranged and Mike turned up punctual first thing in the morning, all bathroom supplies delivered promptly. Day 1 for Mike was to remove my boiler housed in an old airing cupboard in the bathroom, Boiler was moved into my spare bedroom, after that Mike ripped out my old Bathroom prepped walls floors, lowered my ceiling etc ready for my new bathroom.... Everyday the mess was kept to a minimum cleaning up as he went, The work took just over a week which I thought was really good considering the first couple of days involved moving my boiler out of my bathroom to another bedroom, there was some disruption but that's to be expected having a new bathroom fitted, however I didn't mind at the end I was getting my new bathroom. On completion the bathroom is stunning At all times Mike was in touch by phone while I went out to work. Mike concentrated on my Bathroom the whole time, nothing was too much trouble. Everyday the mess was kept to a minimum cleaning up as he went, On completion I have a stunning new bathroom the Tiling is second to none so impressed with the Tiling.....Mike takes pride in his work and his professionalism really shows...
