First had Johnny last year to service my boiler, he also serviced my gas fire, he is very good, he told me about my roof when he checked my chimney and he was right, he has also fixed my toilet, and my shower, and then I had a fault with my boiler and he fixed that to. He is polite and friendly and doesn't leave a mess, and his costs are reasonable, so if you need a plumber who knows what he's doing give him a call.

Jonny and his team have carried out a number of jobs for us now, including a boiler replacement at home and repairs/servicing on our rental property. He goes above and beyond to make sure problems are resolved. The communication is excellent, they turn up on time, and are clean an tidy. I'd definitely recommend JB Plumbing and heating, and so glad we've found a reliable company to use going forward.

I cannot recommend the team at Heat Pump Installers UK Limited enough. They fitted a Samsung EHS Mono R32 HTQ Air Source Heat Pump and 300L cylinder at our property in February 2024. From dealing with the back-office to the highly professional installation team, our customer experience was superb. They answered all our questions and gave us re-assurance that we were making the right choice of equipment and I can confirm that Heat Pumps do work in old, leaky houses when there's snow on the ground (see pic of our ASHP in situ, keeping us warm). One of very few local organisations who are concerned about the environment, helping people make the transition to renewable technologies and with fair and transparent pricing. Absolutely amazing! These guys are the most knowledgeable, diligent and professional team we’ve ever dealt with. Three years ago they installed an underfloor air source heat pump system into our barn conversion. It proved to be so super efficient & so easy to use that we asked them to put a heat pump in our main house. This was a much bigger job which included additional & replacement radiators (all of which were all cast iron with bespoke fittings). From the initial discussions, to the removal of the old and the install of the new, we were kept up to date with price and progress. The site was kept really clean and tidy and we could not be happier with the end result. Genuine, hardworking people who care passionately about the quality of their work, their environmental impact and customer satisfaction. Could not ask for more.

Andy and his team were great throughout the whole process of installing our air source heat pump. They were able to provide us with a custom solution that allowed us to have the equipment where we wanted it, in order to minimise lost space. This set them apart from other installers we spoke to who weren't forthcoming with as many ideas. The installation itself was very smooth and the work is really neat. I was struggling to get a plumber out to fix a leaking toilet. I called H D Plumbing & Heating who said they would be there within the hour. Recently had a new bathroom fitted by Mike and team. Couldn’t be happier from start to finish. I’ve never had a tradesman so clean and tidy. Mike installed 2 new bathrooms for us recently. We had used him previously so knew how reliable and how good quality his work is. We are so pleased with his work and will be using him again. We have recommended Mike to friends and family and know others that have used his services have also been extremely happy.

Date arranged and Mike turned up punctual first thing in the morning, all bathroom supplies delivered promptly. Day 1 for Mike was to remove my boiler housed in an old airing cupboard in the bathroom, Boiler was moved into my spare bedroom, after that Mike ripped out my old Bathroom prepped walls floors, lowered my ceiling etc ready for my new bathroom.... Everyday the mess was kept to a minimum cleaning up as he went, The work took just over a week which I thought was really good considering the first couple of days involved moving my boiler out of my bathroom to another bedroom, there was some disruption but that's to be expected having a new bathroom fitted, however I didn't mind at the end I was getting my new bathroom. On completion the bathroom is stunning At all times Mike was in touch by phone while I went out to work. Mike concentrated on my Bathroom the whole time, nothing was too much trouble. Everyday the mess was kept to a minimum cleaning up as he went, On completion I have a stunning new bathroom the Tiling is second to none so impressed with the Tiling.....Mike takes pride in his work and his professionalism really shows...
