Josh worked quickly and cleanly for my elderly parents and identified the water leak and damp problems to be rectified. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Thank you also to Jodie who always responds promptly.

This was our first time using a plumber after moving into our house 2.5 years ago. What can I say - it was so easy to organise everything with Jodie and she got back to our enquiry super quickly so we could get our bathroom sink and taps sorted. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Alot better than their previous place that's a few miles down the road. Easy to find and plenty room to spin an artic around. Forks driver is spot on and unloaded the wagon with no problems. New building looks clean and tidy and very presentable.

Just needed someone to fix our leaking kitchen tap and contacted Connor based on previous good reviews. Great guy, came when he said he would, speedily sorted problem for a good price. It's sometimes hard to get people to sort small jobs so we were really pleased with Connor's prompt response. Will certainly use him again.

Had a replacement boiler fitted last month and it was amazing start to finish. Professional and friendly, exceptionally neat job on the pipework and more than anything the boiler is excellent and heats the house up nicely. Definitely would recommend for products and services :-)

Connor managed to get to my dad's broken boiler within an hour of contacting him. He very quickly diagnosed that the boiler was dead and quoted for a new one. Two days later the new boiler was installed swiftly and efficiently with no mess left behind.Both Connor and his apprentice ( sorry didn't catch his name) are great guys providing an efficient and friendly service. Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area

We phoned to ask if they had a Calor Gas refill in stock and were told No, but new stock was expected that afternoon or the following morning, and they'd call us back to confirm once it had arrived. We didn't get a call back, but we phoned them the following day at which point they did have it in. Collection was quick and easy, the price seemed reasonable and the staff were friendly. Just lost a Star for not calling us back - otherwise couldn't fault the service.
