First Class service, professional, efficient, and realistic on price. We first used Richard when we had a burst pipe in the early hours of the morning while away on holiday. Our son was home alone and without hesitation Richard changed his Saturday morning plans to attend and fix our issue, when others were all hiding behind their answerphones. We are old fashioned, quite loyal and think one good turn deserves another, so Richard became our fist call for any plumbing job. We have since had him back for three small jobs and one larger job.
