Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.

I called Gaz on a Saturday morning and was kind enough to come before 12pm to fix a gushing leak from our shower. Came promptly and resolved the leak immediately without damaging the area. Friendly and full of advice. Highly recommended.

Paul is a lovely and personable chap. He is reliable and does an excellent job! He has done multiple jobs for me and he has been excellent in every respect. Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Called on a snowy Sunday afternoon after an error code on the boiler. Couldn't come out due to the weather but went above and beyond to talk me through the solution on the phone. Umair was amazing,sent a message early this morning and he came at 9am. My boiler was losing pressure constantly and he found the leak and fixed it and replaced the other part that needed replacing and made sure all the radiators were working properly and even fixed my hob which I thought needed replacing and even fixed my outdoor pipe which had come away because of the wind. Absolutely amazing, will definitely be calling again and can say he is the best, very friendly and polite. Thank you

I was very impressed that the first thing Julian did was to cover the carpet with some kind of plastic. I have never had this kind of service before as my old plumbers would just came in and walked all over the house with his muddy boots leaving me to hire a carpet cleaner afterwards to clean the whole house. Julian came to move and install a new boiler. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with my new boiler, looks great. Excellent communication throughout and advise. Julian has so much patience to explain everything I asked. Work was finished on time and to an excellent standard. Everything was cleaned and tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend Julian/Heatwise to anyone.

This is the second year we have used Heatwise for a boiler service and I liked the reminder we received. The booking process through to the service delivered was flawless, Julian was respectful & professional and put the blue covers on his shoes ( I like that!) and told me what he was going to do and how long it would take - nice touch too. The invoice was emailed to me shortly after. Really efficient process with a trustworthy company. No surprises either with the service charge. I will be using them next year for sure.

Have used Heatwise for the last four years so when I moved house last month and my Central heating boiler needed servicing and two radiators needed removing ready for room decoration I didn’t hesitate. Julian removed the radiators efficiently, but when it came to service the boiler he detected a manufacturing error that stopped him from proceeding with the service. He immediately called the company, involved me every step of the way and gave advice so I could handle any questions the customer service employee raised. I felt confident that it could be sorted under warranty. The boiler will be fixed under warranty in a few days time and Julian will be able to complete the service. Alex is fantastic. He came round to fit new waste pipes under our kitchen sink. He was super friendly and respectful of our home, left the area clean after his work and did a fantastic job. We would definitely use Norton Plumbing again in the future.

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Spoke to Andy reference relocating a gas pipe for a cooker in my mother's house. I live about an hour away so needed somebody I could trust. From the initial conversation I was very happy with his professionalism and genuine desire to help. True to his word he was a my mother's in no time flat, assessed the job, sent me pictures and the quote. He didn't pressure my mum at all to get the work done just waited for me to respond. Finished the work, sent me a copy of the gas certificate along with further pictures of the completed work. Couldn't have asked for more especially reassuring when living so far away, happy to recommend and use him again.
