Called up come over to quote in person within 15 mins as passing. Fair quote came back next morning 8am sharp all sorted could not be happier.
Spoke to Andy reference relocating a gas pipe for a cooker in my mother's house. I live about an hour away so needed somebody I could trust. From the initial conversation I was very happy with his professionalism and genuine desire to help. True to his word he was a my mother's in no time flat, assessed the job, sent me pictures and the quote. He didn't pressure my mum at all to get the work done just waited for me to respond. Finished the work, sent me a copy of the gas certificate along with further pictures of the completed work. Couldn't have asked for more especially reassuring when living so far away, happy to recommend and use him again.
Anthony was local and able to visit the same day. Whereas another plumber quoted us for a new boiler, Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem, fitted a new part he had in the van and charged a reasonable fee which was an amazing result. So you're not guaranteed to have the same luck but at least you know he's skilled in what he does and will charge you a fair rate. Couldn't ask for more.
First time I have used this firm for a combi-boiler replacement. Very prompt with competitive quote and fitted the bolier the next day. Very friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again. I wish all gas engineers/plumber are as good as this. Five stars all the way!
Would 100% recommend. Knowledgeable, reliable and fairly priced. No job too small for Anthony and his apprentice Lucas. If you want a job doing right first time, rest assured these guys will do it. Excellent knowledge and advise on energy saving controls. Very happy with the workmanship carried out, thankyou.
