Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.

My gas water heater wouldn't work. I was talked through what to do over the phone. It is now working. Very helpful. Will certainly use again.

I was recommended The Plumber from a friend that spoke very highly of his works. I contacted Nix at very short notice as another plumber that I had scheduled decided to go AWOL. He attended my house on the very same day and at a time convenient to myself. After showing him where I wanted two large radiators he advised what the works entailed, how long they would require and anything else that needed doing. I cannot fault his professionalism to his work and price. It was a full days work as he had to create some additional wooden brackets to hold my radiators and bleed/fill the system back up to optimum performance again. I couldn't be happier with his work, many people have commented on how nice my radiators look and how well they have been installed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Plumber to anyone. I am happy to recommend this service. Even though the job required was not an emergency he said that he would do in the next few days. He tried to contact me the next morning but I had my phone on charge but he still drove to our address on the off chance and found me in. He was quick and efficient and he charged me the least possible price he could (most plumbers would still charge a large call-out fee). Overall I was very happy with the outcome

The service is superb! Thank you so much. Our boiler stopped working and we were freezing and also with no hot water. It was very difficult to find a service who responds so quickly and 24 hours. But with perseverance in googling...we found DAB-Plumbing services. Dave was busy with another client when we rang him for help but he still managed to help us by sending emergency action via video and it was very helpful. The service did not stop there even though our boiler was already working; he came the next day to ensure our boiler was properly working. The price is also very reasonable. Dave is always reliable and turns up when agreed or keeps me updated if any issues. I've had a few issues with toilets and a leaking shower and he has fixed them promptly and tidied up after himself. He is always cheerful and very pleasant, highly recommended

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Stefan removed an old gas heater and capped the gas supply. I had been searching for a gas engineer for a while with no luck and after coming across his good reviews online, I contacted him and he was round to do the work. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend.

Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache.
