Absolutely Outstanding Workmanship! We have just had two bathrooms and a downstairs loo fitted by Craig and John. From the outset we knew that Craig’s attention to detail, his wealth of knowledge and professional abilities that we would end up with amazing showroom worthy bathrooms. At every stage Craig and John kept us up to date with the next phase of the job, even accommodating us making last minute changes. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were trustworthy, punctual, hard working and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day - even outside! We will definitely be using them again in the future. THANK YOU 😊

We highly recommend Craig and his team. They carried out a fantastic job on replacing our bathroom floor. It was a (necessarily) complicated job and we had a row of plumbers and tilers scratch their chins at the possible size of the work that it may have needed. It did become complicated and we are very pleased with our choice to go with Craig Jackson. He is incredibly attentive to details and we are very happy by how thorough and pedantic he is, in the best way possible. As I said to him many times, you have to deeply trust someone doing the jobs that you don't have much of an idea about and in your home for 2 weeks. Your trust will be very well placed in Craig and each of the people and team he chooses to bring with him. He is honest, hard working and a perfectionist with his work. He is also a generally good, affable and hilarious chap. You can't really ask for more from someone left in charge of doing necessary and safe work in your home and delivering it to perfection. I had water coming through the kitchen ceiling & after my last experience with a plumber who shall remain nameless, I was hoping for a better experience from RA Plumbing & Heating & I was not disappointed. Russell knew exactly where the leak was coming from within minutes of arriving! He removed the side bath panel with care, repaired the leak & job done. Excellent service, very competitive prices, Russell is clearly very knowledgable in his trade & has a friendly professional attitude. Russell is great! Always willing to help however possible. Quick, friendly and efficient. Russell is trustworthy and dependable. Fixed a leak in our en-suite bathroom. Isolated the problem late one night and returned when said he would to repair the problem. I would highly recommend.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Very pleasant to talk to and the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend. Thank you Matthew and Chris.

Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

Great service from Liam. Boiler issues late on Friday afternoon, Liam came out, repaired and serviced the boiler for us despite the job eating into his weekend. Also offered great money saving tips and was happy to stay longer to ensure our hot water was running at optimal temperature. Was also happy to answer follow up questions we had. Excellent all round experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and recommend.

Great work carried out and in a timely manner. I had a faulty boiler and after the initial servicing I decided to go for a new boiler. Liam went through the options and had a new boiler delivered and installed within 3 days. Would definitely recommend

Absolute five star service today repairing a leaky boiler then going above and beyond to get it working again. Not the easiest of jobs today in my sweltering loft on a hot day. Also made sure everything safe, gave great advice, friendly service and good price. Stayed till a tricky job was done. So thorough . Cannot thank enough. Thoroughly recommend.

Liam was great, pointed out a few improvements we can make and took time to show us how to use the boiler to its full potential rather than being on the highest settings 24/7. Fab boiler service and will definitely using action services each year going forward.

After calling out 2 plumbing firms without any success in diagnosing or sorting the problem, I called NB plumbing to what i thought was a pressurised water tank leak. After only a short time, Michael from NB plumbing had diaognosed the problem as a mains water pipe leak under the floor. Within 30 mins, the floor had been partially removed and a 1st class permanent repair carried out. No fuss, no mess, no drama. Very knowledgable and experianced. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I've just had a new heat pump installed by Michael and Nigel - they came out to Wakefield to do a survey and talked me through all my options. Would definitely recommend! They were both polite, friendly and hard workers

When you hear strange noises from your fireplace in the middle of the night you have two choices: you phone the Ghostbusters or you phone JPT services! Luckily Jonathan from JPT was able to come round on the same day, remove my gas fire and rescue the enormous pigeon that had fallen down the chimney. Once the bird was returned to the sky (safe and well), he replaced the fire and gave me piece of mind by talking me through all the safety tests he was doing. He even took the time to try to improve the efficiency of the fire. An excellent service and great value for money, I will definitely be using the company again.

Stunning Shower I’m literally over the moon with my new walk-in shower, which was fitted to replace my bath and in just one weekend. The attention to detail and professionalism of Quality Plumbing Solutions is second to none.
