Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. Boiler wasn’t working on New Years Day we tried so many heating engineers and all were closed. We rang MM and he was with us in a couple of hours. Really nice friendly & very polite guy. He definitely saved the day for us. Very fair prices in fact we paid more than what he wanted we were so happy with his service. Never used MM before and actually came across them on eBay - so was a little unsure as to what to expect. However, I needn’t have worried, excellent coms, agreed to install within 48 hours for a competitive price and did a really excellent job. Very friendly and totally professional. Called CJ Heating & Gas Specialists Ltd .. Spoke with Chris who responded the same day to our faulty boiler. After an hour he pinpointed the fault but due to the age & availability of the parts for the 25 year old boiler, we were advised to replace it, which was expected. Within 48 hours the new boiler was supplied & fitted .. Its hard to find reliable tradesmen these days but I can highly recommend their quality services & support 10 out of 10 👍

I called CJ Heating when my boiler broke down yesterday. Chris called within 24 hours. He was polite, knowledgable and explained clearly what was going to happen at every stage. He managed to identify the fault, source a part and fit it, all in one visit. The previous engineer (from elsewhere) just quoted for a new one, which would need to be located elsewhere, so more money and inconvenience. Chris wouldn't consider that until he had satisfied himself that it couldn't be repaired, which is the approach I prefer. I am very happy with the service I received. Highly recommended.

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

My experience with HMC has been outstanding from start to finish. I’m a tenant at a managed block of apartments in Manchester and, I had an issue with my thermostat last week, resulting in me not having any hot water. Having called my Lettings agent, I was put through to the out of hours team, who then passed me on to Hash at HMC, accordingly. He was incredibly helpful and had all the time for me during our phone call. He ran through a few things with me on the call, to better understand what the issue was. A day or so later I next heard from Kelly at HMC, confirming what time I would be in to have someone come and fix the issue. She was also incredibly friendly to deal with and I appreciated the notice given. Chris arrived and swiftly ascertained what the issue was, and quickly sought to fix this. He answered all the questions I had for him and was generally really approachable and friendly to deal with. The issue was part of a building-wide issue, and needed a part to be ordered and for my landlord to approve the job. The latter took a further couple of days or so. Within such time I had further dealt with both Hash and Kelly, both of whom were incredibly informative and reassuring, also. Finally I dealt with Steve, who arrived with the part and he managed to sort my hot water issue out. Again, Steve was nothing short of incredibly professional, friendly and really informative. Overall, and as above, I have to say that my experience with HMC has been outstanding. I would’ve probably been really quite frustrated over the last few days (having not had any hot water for nearly 1 week) but, this has been entirely compacted due to the amazing level of care and customer service shown by the 4 individuals I’ve mentioned above (Hash, Kelly, Chris and Steve), at HMC. You are all an absolute asset to your company and I hope you are duly recognised for this. Thank you again!

We secured the services of Jamie and Lee to move and fit a new boiler and several new radiators. They provided an excellent service, the work was exceptionally neat and they tidied and removed any mess. It was a challenging job and we were really impressed with their professional approach. They were both very nice guys and it was a pleasure to have them around the house. Cannot recommend them enough!

Lee & Jamie removed an old boiler from my bathroom and installed a new one in the kitchen. They were not the cheapest quote I got but when they came round to look at the job they spent plenty of time assessing the work & discussing options with each other, and that impressed me. They completed the job quickly, professionally & on time. The job took 2 days but I was not left without hot water overnight which was great. Both lads are friendly & courteous. I will certainly call on them again for future work.
