He was very professional courteous and informative but not pushy. Trevor re plumbed our kitchen appliances and installed a smart new radiator before the new kitchen was fitted. The pipe work is so much tidier leaving extra cupboard space, with clear isolators where there were previously none. Would recommend without hesitation.
