I contacted Mark regarding a boiler issue on a house I rent out. He has a lot of excellent online reviews & it’s easy to see why. He was able to fit the job in quickly, his communication was good & he was efficient in sorting it out. On top of that, his pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use again in future & would recommend.

Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient! I would highly recommend their services.

Phoned Mark at 8/30 and explained my shower problem His van was at my house 2.5 hours later; the problem was quickly found and fixed at a very fair price, with good advice and courtesy I would not go anywhere else thank you Graham.

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Now have a nice and toasty house along with hot water. Thank you very much.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for plumbing or heating services. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. Very helpful and knowledgeable and is more than happy to provide information to help me prepare the opening for installation. On the installation day, I was more than impressed by his attention to detail and positive attitude in overcoming any issues. This was our first time using a plumber after moving into our house 2.5 years ago. What can I say - it was so easy to organise everything with Jodie and she got back to our enquiry super quickly so we could get our bathroom sink and taps sorted. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Thank you also to Jodie who always responds promptly.
