We had a radiator develop a leak, due to age, which resulted in some late night stress trying to stem the flow. I contacted PhilSan the following day, to have a replacement radiator fitted. They sourced the replacement and fitted it in double quick time. Excellent, speedy and friendly service and good value. Hope we don't have cause for use again too soon, but would definitely return if needs be and happily recommend.

If you are stuck then call these guys. I had a leaking shower valve in a concealed tiled wall that was causing issues but I couldn’t identify or locate the parts let alone replace it without needing to rip the tiles off. I went everywhere locally with photos but nobody could help. This guy came and spent an hour on google locating parts before undertaking a temporary repair. He returned 3 days later and replaced the parts without needing to remove tiles. Definitely highly recommend them.

Kieron repaired and serviced two pairs of leaking taps. As these taps had been in service for many years, parts were not readily available. He went the extra mile to source the necessary parts. The job was carried out efficiently and cleanly and Kieron was always polite and was respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to contact him should I need further work doing. Thank you Kieron.

I cannot recommend Philip and Kieran enough. We had them round for a quote for an issue with our radiators, they were on time, professional and their quote was very reasonable. When they came back to do the job, they were friendly, knowledgeable and carried out the work to a very high standard. They were brilliant and even chatted to my children. I am really happy and grateful to have working radiators and will definitely use Philsan again should we need to!

Called at almost 5pm when some DIY resulted in a leak behind a radiator. Without hesitation he said he would head right over. Really friendly and was able to fix the problem quickly and made sure a proper job was done. Pricing was really fair especially for an emergency call out. Would 100% recommend

Absolutely amazing gentleman. Mum called Joe early evening and he came out the following morning. Was supposed to be just a quick leak under the sink, and it turned out to be a couple of hours work. He was wonderfully patient and understanding and did just an outstanding job. Also, he was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Joe came same day (within a few hours) to fix a leak to my toilets waste pipe. He got straight to work and replaced an aspect to my waste pipe. He was super professional and didn’t mind a chat whilst doing it. Very down to earth and honest person. The price was very reasonable and my issue was fixed quickly. He tided up everything at the end you would never tell there ever was a leak! I’ve already recommended him to family because it’s so hard to find a decent plumber who won’t charge you the earth and has a quick response time. Used Thermotech Engineering Ltd in an emergency situation to fit a new replacement shower at very short notice as we had friends coming to stay. Used MD plumbing to tile my media wall.. I used Bubbles & Dreams for my spilt face tiles which were the cheapest around.. Mark has done an amazing job. If I could give 10 stars I would. Mark, Ant and Connor built a wetroom for our disabled 10 year old son. The process from start to finish was better than I could have imagined. The guys listened to what we wanted to meet the needs for our son and also advised against certain things that we now know would not have worked. Mark, Ant and Connor were so friendly, helpful, professional and above all treated my family and home with the most respect I have ever seen from any workman. The end result of our wetroom has a huge Wow factor and this is down to these guys. I honestly cannot praise and recommend MD Plumbing enough. I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. I feel like I have got to know these 3 lads over the last few weeks and they are so down to earth it is unreal. Don't get any other quotes for your bathroom just get these lads out you won't be disappointed.

Mark is a master of his trade, from the moment I met with him it was clear to see he genuinely wants to do his best. From design ideas, top tips on lighting, to a thoroughly professional build and installation of bathroom furniture. He worked very hard each day with great pride and attention to detail. Chris' work is nothing short of 5 stars. I contacted him last year to have an old gas fire removed and a new radiator put it - this was complete and the work was exceptional - had no issues, he tidied up and left all as it was before. Then, yesterday I had a small gas leak. I contact Chris and he said he was on a job and would be there later. He turned up at the time he said he would and quickly found the leak and rectified it as needed (This was on a Sunday evening). I'm very happy with what he did and will be calling on his services as and when needed. Thanks Chris.

Tenacity plumbing and heating . I recommend if you need work doing urgently . Chris came to our rescue when the boiler broke down unexpectedly he was polite prompt and gave advice . We had to wait a day for Chris to get the parts needed for the job but he was back the next morning sorting the problem.. This is the second time I've had work done by Chris and will definitely consider him again for any more work needed. I would rate 4 and half star ⭐ for the slight wait but that really is minor . Thankfully boiler up and running in time for winter. Prices are competitive.

I had a problem with our boiler and Chris responded very quickly and carried out checks and informed us of the outcome. We proceeded to purchase a new boiler and Chris installed it and we haven't had any problems. Chris had given us great advice and is so friendly and extremely hardworking this helped to ensure he completed the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Couldn't be happier with this company. Arrived on time, spent ages trying to get the heating system working, ended up spending 6.5 hours fixing it and getting rid of airlocks. Then apologised for the length of time and only charged us for half of the hours spent on site!??! Fantastic service!

LGH are always punctual, courteous, tidy and professional. I’ve used their services regularly at my 1920’s house. This time it was to replace three old radiators and valves. What a difference its made. Shame I can’t afford to have the heating on too often ;-) LGH highly recommend as always.
