Reece Was recommended through a friend who praised him highly of the work he carried out for them. I had an induction hob which i wanted to replace with a gas hob, He did not disappoint and provided a great and smooth service. Reece was part of the team who installed my new central heating boiler 3 years ago. I recently needed some new taps installing and the old central heating controls removing. My old taps were at least 30 years old and didn't want to come out but Reece managed to wrestle them out without complaint. Great job at a fair price and great to deal with. Would recommend.

Quick response on my call , I found the company by Google search and they were at my place in 30 mins, checked and clear the drain fixed my pipe leaks which was deep underground without big diggings or too much hustle , quick fix in 1 hrs as promised. Absolutely fantastic job, not writings since vendor are my friends but genuine service.

Great work by these plumbers. I rang them on Thursday at 3pm and issue was resolved by 5pm same day. The customer service was excellent and very friendly. My boiler wasn't working, no heating and no hot water for several days. The plumber from a previous company couldn't fix the problem quickly due to a delay in getting a part.my daughter recommended I contact Manchester plumbing & Heating (Sale) who advised me what I should do next to get my boiler fixed quickly. These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.
