Nick’s professionalism alongside his efficiency in completing the task are to be recommended. In addition he provides a personable as well as non intrusive presence in the home making his approach more than acceptable. I would highly recommend Velvet plumbing ahead of any of his competitors.
Had an issue with our boiler, called Nick this afternoon and he was with us by 5:30, fixed and sorted by 7. Lovely guy, explained everything. Will be using him again.
