S T Plumbing & Heating recently carried out repair and maintenance works in our kitchen and utility room. We opted to use this company for a second time based on our first experience and we are pleased we did. As previously, pricing was competitive, communication was timely and accurate and works carried out by a polite and courteous engineer to a high standard. S T Plumbing & Heating remain out “go to” company for any plumbing or heating issues we need to resolve.
Called this company at short notice due to seeing a leak accumulate in the plaster under the boiler cupboard. Engineer quickly identified the fault and sought the part required.
Issue has not returned and was resolved promptly and professionally at an expected price. Will be using ST again in the future.
Very happy with the work carried out by ST Plumbing & Heating. We recently had a new controllable immersion box fitted in the bathroom, which has resulted in much hotter water than we were getting before. This is the second job that ST Plumbing have done for us and we will use them again in the future if any further work needs doing.
Great service from ST Plumbing and Heating. They were communicative, professional, honest, transparent, prompt, and competitively priced. Got us out of an emergency situation quickly and without stress.
ST Plumbing serviced my gas combi boiler for me and fitted an expansion vessel to it to account extra radiators I had fitted in a new extension. Booking was quick and easy, they arrived when they said they would and were done in good time, very tidy job. They were very professional but friendly, offered good advice and explained it to me as a layperson. I will definitely use them again.
