Mireld and his team are very professional and helpful! They helped us fix radiator leaks on the same day as we called and helped us change the expanding vessel of the tank in like half an hour. Very professional and nice work. Would recommend them and use them again myself if issues arise!

Adam is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and reliable. He corrected the installation mistakes of the boiler, also found out a gas leak in the house which is life saving. DP Plumbing offers an efficient, polite and affordable service. We called Damian on a Sunday about a fairly urgent issue and he was able to offer us a time the next morning. We explained that we were speaking to a few tradespeople and he was understanding and said we could confirm our booking later in the day. Damian was very kind, friendly and easy to communicate with, he responded fast to texts and calls. He was flexible about timings, for example we weren’t quite ready when he arrived, and he was willing to work around unavoidable meetings I had that day. Damian also called to offer us an earlier time which I appreciated though wasn’t able to accept. Prior to the visit I suggested what I thought needed to be replaced and he brought the part with him. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me what was going on and repaired the fault within an hour. Damian himself checked that the issue had been completely fixed. His pricing was very fair and good value and he sent an itemised invoice. We had a great experience with DP Plumbing and would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Spoke to James and he clearly explained their pricing policy and in less than 30 minutes Harry was at our flat and quickly diagnosed and fixed our blocked drains. We found there were a couple that needed to be unblocked in addition to the long run of piping that serves the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The building is old and therefore pipes are tricky to clear but he managed to get quite a bit out and was super tidy doing it. Harry even put down a mat to protect our kitchen floor without even being asked to do so super nice touch! I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and he was a pleasant chap. I want to share my feedback. This was the best experience associated with the work of plumbing engineers. Everything, from the speed of diagnostics to the cleanliness of the work - perfect! These were the first engineers who identified the cause of the constantly recurring breakdowns of the boiler, as a result we had to replace it with a new one (none of the three previous companies that came to check said this, but simply advised "to use hot water for up to 15 minutes, this is enough"). The replacement work itself was done perfectly cleanly and neatly, after which they even washed the floor. I will be very happy to recommend using the services of this company to all my friends. Luke was fantastic. His incredible expertise and can-do attitude helped fix my problem. James, who I spoke to on the phone, was also very helpful and organised, and on other occasions has helped my parents with their heating problems. I have had difficulties with my underfloor heating since it was installed and Luke immediately set about methodically working out the problem, and fixing it. He drained the whole system, finding large amounts of sand and rubble, and tested every part. He also conducted a series of double checks to make sure that things were working as they should and he would check in at a later stage once the system had settled down. Luke also fitted a water conditioner, something I had never heard of despite asking my previous plumbers about all the options for water softening. He knew all about it, and sourced and fitted it very quickly. I am very pleased with it. All round, Plumus are a brilliant company which I heartily recommend.

Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. Most recent work was to fix a broken valve and he was over and had the problem fixed in a couple of days.

Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive.
