After calling 1st aid plumbing, Joel came out to repair our plumbing issue within 2 hours. What we initially thought would be a relatively simple job , uncovered a not so simple job and a leak. Joel was absolutely brilliant, fixed the leak and piping issues. Cleared up afterwards and was very polite and professional. We have used CS Plumbling to do both our annual gas safety checks and emergency repairs in our rental and for our own domestic repairs, for around 4 years now. Every time both the office team and the field engineers are polite, personable and very helpful with advice and tips. The cost is very reasonable and always preceded by a quotation which helps with knowing what you're paying for. Would totally recommend, hands down. Or up. Hands up in happiness? I have used CS Heating & Plumbing since 2021 and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have provided their services to my business regularly, efficiently and they are always on time. On occasion it's been at very short notice but they have been able to accommodate. Mainly because they are small enough to care but big enough to cope. Paul in the office is a credit to the company, he always goes above and beyond and as a result we have a great working relationship. All the engineers are friendly, professional, hardworking but most importantly take pride in their work. It's hard to find the same level of service from a 1 man band and CS Heating always do a fantastic job while remaining reasonably priced.

Jim and his team took out the two old boilers and water tanks in our house and installed one new one joining up the two systems including the fresh water inlet. He gave excellent and very practical advice about planning the installation and his team were faultless during the work. They made great efforts to ensure we were not inconvenienced and were really tidy enabling us to continue to live in our house without too much disruption. The end result is really good. The water pressure is so much better than before and you would not know that they have carried out such extensive work. They even managed to retain one of our showers which we thought we would have to replace. I have used On Tap for many years and they have always been excellent.
