Used Victor plumbing & Heating to replace my Triton electric shower unit that had packed up. Came round on the same day (Saturday) to look at it. New shower unit was installed 2 days later. Much appreciated the prompt, professional service. Will definitely be using him again.

We have been using Victors for a while now and are really happy with their work. We have had a bath/shower room installed, new radiators, numerous issues resolved and much more. Charlie is always on time, turns up when he says he will, very communicative and if we have an issue he deals with it immediately. We’ve built a great relationship and wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish 👍 we are very pleased. Also cleared up after! Will definitely use Charlie again. Thank you 😀

Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. He was very responsive to a few snagging issues (expected on all large works) and has sorted everything for us. We are very happy with our new bathroom. Would recommend Charlie!

Grandad had a leaky oil tank, so I contacted KCS. (After using them previously I had no doubt they'd be able to help). Lance came out promptly and took a look, he organised a new tank (and other bits required) for my Grandad. As soon as the tank arrived Andy and Char were on the case and got it ready to go in situ. Then using their wealth of knowledge (or magic) managed to fire up the boiler in perfect time for Christmas. They're incredibly helpful and very friendly! Thank you so much guys.

Highly recommend. We called just before Christmas with a broken boiler. We had a visit within 90 minutes. The boiler was up and running and a new part ordered which was then fitted on Christmas Eve. We were very grateful for the rapid response and the excellence of the service.

Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!!
