Ethan and Sam helped me create my dream bathroom, they were friendly, helpful, highly-skilled and efficient. Great at coming up with clever solutions when my plans wouldn't quite work, excellent communication and very tidy! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality workmanship and finish. This must be Margate's best bathroom!

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

Used Victor plumbing & Heating to replace my Triton electric shower unit that had packed up. Came round on the same day (Saturday) to look at it. New shower unit was installed 2 days later. Much appreciated the prompt, professional service. Will definitely be using him again.

Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. We are so happy we got in touch with Ryan and Ricky, it is extremely hard to find honest trades people nowadays, but they did an incredible job with fitting our new shower, changing it from an old power shower to a thermostatic and plus replacing the tiling in the areas affected. Quick at responding and genuinely nice people I would use them over and over again for the future and they will always be the first people I contact. Fantastic, responsive communication and prompt action when I had no hot water for three days! Jordan came round at a time to accommodate my working day, identified the issue and was able to replace the faulty part there and then. Excellent service, honest and trustworthy and good value too. We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.
