Tom from Davies Plumbing and heating did a very nice job of replacing our leaky old kitchen mixer tap. After visiting us to see our problem, he shared his supplier's photo of the best match for to approve ahead of fitting, and was able to visit very soon after to fit it. He worked quickly, tidily and effectively and was friendly and agreeable to deal with.

The company replaced eight radiators and thermostats in my home. They completed the job in one day and accepted my new ideas with a smile. I recommend them to everyone. The price is worth the work. Good job.

We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. I needed a gas pipe from a new external meter to the inside of my building. I Found BSH on google. The guy who came out was very friendly. He arrived when he said he would to give me a quote. 5 star service! we had a issue with a boiler no hot water called these someone was sent same day as our call and was back up and running in the same visit. Issue with room thermostat and we have also booked them to service our gas boiler.

Tom came out to fix a gas pipe I accidentally drilled through yesterday. Came within 30 mins of my call. Reasonably priced (even with Sunday pricing). Very polite and did a great job, even when the job turned out to be more complicated than he originally thought, would definitely recommend

Tom is a very helpful gentleman, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a boiler to install in his area but it was to far for us to travel. I contacted Tom of Parkes Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon just before Xmas. He attended site late in the evening and returned on the Saturday morning to fit the replacement boiler. I contacted Tom about having a boiler service carried out and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional. I thought he was very knowledgeable about his products and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen. Thank you very much Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing four your great work. We have an emergency at home. None of my nearest plumbers could come to fix it. Silverback came straight away and gave us a cheap solution but we decided to refurbish the whole bathroom. The started the next day and everything was done in a week, including new shower plate, screen, sink, toilet, taps, walls, ceiling, lights, shelves mirror and towel rack. I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too
