Phil fitted a new boiler and was punctual, quick and very tidy. It broke down in the middle of freezing weather and Phil put himself out to ensure it was replaced as quickly as possible, he also recommended which type of boiler to buy, how much we should pay and made sure we knew how it worked before leaving.
