I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.

This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.

After a Facebook cry for help about no hot water, I was contacted by a member of the team who was able to arrange to get someone out to us the same day (a Sunday) Fantastic communication and the engineer that came was friendly and helpful. The issue was that the downstairs toilet had gotten very slow at empting over the years with a gurgling coming sound from the toilet. My suspicion was that the pipes had collapsed under the lawn where it had sunk, hence my procrastination in getting it fixed. I had dug up the lawn to expose the pipe and made an incision for a camera inspection. My first contact with SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd was through their online quote enquiry form. They got back to me immediately and suggested they could visit my property that same day as they already had a job in my area that morning. They immediately got to work using high pressure jetting equipment from their purpose built vehicle. After a couple of hours it was very reassuring to see inside the fully intact pipes. The on-screen camera pictures showed the removal of the blockage which was actually ingrowing roots. They were totally removed from the house, all the way into the main sewer some 20 meters away into the road. I highly recommend SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd to anyone who may be worried about their similar drainage issues. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was worth every penny. I can highly recommend Tom from SOS Drainage & Plumbing. He came out the same day I called him, arrived exactly when he said he would, found the blockage, and fixed it within an hour. I had been at the end of my tether because DynoRod had been unable to find the problem and we had been left with an overflowing toilet. Tom calmly sorted it out and even gave us advice for the future, all at a reasonable price. I’d definitely use SOS Drainage & Plumbing again.

I cannot praise the guys at SOS enough- we had a horrible outside drain blockage which was worse than we thought- the guys really went to work on it using everything- even when I thought this might be a challenge or possibly unfixable- they managed to get the rubber cone off and get more access. It needed further drainage cleared from a main drain at neighbours. But ultimately a job well done. Appreciated greatly Tom and family team.

I had a problem with my boiler [ heating ok but no hot water ]. Within about 1 and a half hours of phoning Haigh and son, the engineer came and fixed the problem.May I also say that the lady who answers the phone has a terrific manner and is extremely helpful.

The service visit was carried out within a few days with a further visit to renew a component , the engineer was friendly , efficient and helpful . The follow up invoice was detailed and professional . A good experience .
