Very satisfied with the service provided. Julian was courteous and knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was also quite prepared to come out to me late at night after a full days work which was much appreciated. O

Have used Heatwise for the last four years so when I moved house last month and my Central heating boiler needed servicing and two radiators needed removing ready for room decoration I didn’t hesitate. Julian removed the radiators efficiently, but when it came to service the boiler he detected a manufacturing error that stopped him from proceeding with the service. He immediately called the company, involved me every step of the way and gave advice so I could handle any questions the customer service employee raised. I felt confident that it could be sorted under warranty. The boiler will be fixed under warranty in a few days time and Julian will be able to complete the service. I was very impressed that the first thing Julian did was to cover the carpet with some kind of plastic. I have never had this kind of service before as my old plumbers would just came in and walked all over the house with his muddy boots leaving me to hire a carpet cleaner afterwards to clean the whole house. Julian came to move and install a new boiler. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with my new boiler, looks great. Excellent communication throughout and advise. Julian has so much patience to explain everything I asked. Work was finished on time and to an excellent standard. Everything was cleaned and tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend Julian/Heatwise to anyone.

This is the second year we have used Heatwise for a boiler service and I liked the reminder we received. The booking process through to the service delivered was flawless, Julian was respectful & professional and put the blue covers on his shoes ( I like that!) and told me what he was going to do and how long it would take - nice touch too. The invoice was emailed to me shortly after. Really efficient process with a trustworthy company. No surprises either with the service charge. I will be using them next year for sure.

We used Heatwise to replace our old boiler. Julian was very helpful in specifying our new boiler explaining the pros and cons of our options. The installation was very smooth. Efficient,m polite and professional throughout the process. We now have a new Worcester Bosch boiler working perfectly. We would highly recommend Heatwise.
