Had a plumbing issue and needed a plumber asap! Decided to look local as we have been ripped off in the past and wanted someone we could trust. My details were passed onto Matt who couldn’t have been more helpful, he kept me up to date as to when he would be able to get to me. The job was done quickly with no fuss, was practically impressed he left absolutely no mess. Very good company and would 100% recommend 👍 thanks again Matt.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. The finished job was way above my expectations, nothing phased Paul and Matt. At the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy, I highly recommend Beau Plumbing & Tiling.

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Excellent service. Came out within an hour and had boiler fixed 30 minutes later.

Small job fixing down toilet which had been moved due to having new macerator fitted by emergency plumber. He not only did this job, but also filled in hole in bathroom floor and fitted new screws to fix loose toilet seat, all without being asked and without any extra charge! Excellent service.

Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. Charged us a very fair price and gave us really good advice on what we needed. We will be using him whenever we need any plumbing work to boiler service. Lovely genuine guy.

Jordan is a true gentleman and great to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for him. He fitted our new boiler at the agreed date and time, did a wonderful job and left it all neat and tidy. And all at a very competitive price. This was a very pleasant experience for me and I can highly recommend him.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. Engineer was helpful and efficient, and I was provided with reports from my service. I was incredibly happy with the service i received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived.
