I required a new radiator fitting. Joe was very fast at responding to my initial enquiry and work was undertaken the same week. The work was completed within the time frame he had quoted even though he ran into an unexpected stone floor beneath the laminate flooring. The room was left spotless after he'd finished and he even checked up on the work a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

From start to finish a totally professional job. Joe & Nick kept us up to speed with what was happening and why but they kept it in simple speak so we could fully understand and Jamie just kept us entertained! Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

Our Boiler decided the ideal of the year time to cease functioning would be in the early hours of New Year’s Day. Phoned gastech 24/7 later in the morning after being given the runaround by our home insurance ‘emergency boiler repair service’. Gastech 24/7 answered our call on the 1st attempt and fixed our boiler within an hour. Absolutely outstanding service and a nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with a leaking radiator valve on a Sunday night due to my own obviously amateur attempt at fitting it mainly. An engineer came out first thing Monday morning to sort this out for me which I was really grateful for. I have used this engineer a few months ago too when I got smart meters fitted and the energy supplier capped my gas meter off as they weren't happy with how one of my hobs was working again I called Gastech and an engineer came out within a few hours to fix my hob and uncap my gas supply after it had been made safe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this engineer to anyone!

After being let down by a couple of other plumbers, I contacted Gareth following a recommendation from a neighbour. He repaired our outdoor waste pipe and also fixed our leaking toilet. We moved into our house in May and the boiler was very old, and it conked out one Saturday night! Gareth spoke to us on Sunday, came to look and price up on Monday and by Tuesday we’ve got an A rated boiler with a 10 year warrantee and a hive thermostat. I would definitely recommend Gareth, very friendly and so prompt and reasonable! We’ve now got a reliable plumber on hand for whatever happens!

I needed an urgent visit to a boiler that wasn’t working so called Gareth who responded very quickly. The boiler was old and needed replacing which Gareth did for a reasonable price and had installed it by the following day. Highly recommend him and will be using his services in future.
