Tom was great to work with. When I lost both heating and hot water, Tom found time to visit the same day and diagnose the issue, while walking me through the process so I could understand it. He then fully explained what work was required and followed up with a competitive quote. Definitely an engineer that I would be happy to recommend to anyone 👍

Can't recommend Tom highly enough - did a great job replacing our old heating system with an unvented smart system at short notice. Phenomenal install, great workmanship, clean, coordinated, with clear communication, and completed on time and on budget. We have called Tom out twice now about plumbing issues at my father’s property, one of which was urgent (water pouring through the garage ceiling) on a Friday evening.
