Tom really saved the day for us this morning when our boiler went down. Very quick to respond and gave excellent advice. Guided us through how to fix the issue. Even though he had a busy schedule and not a regular customer he went out of his way to help. Thanks to Tom we have heating and water. Cannot thank him enough. Friendly and helpful. Can't recommend Tom highly enough - did a great job replacing our old heating system with an unvented smart system at short notice. Phenomenal install, great workmanship, clean, coordinated, with clear communication, and completed on time and on budget. Tom was great to work with. When I lost both heating and hot water, Tom found time to visit the same day and diagnose the issue, while walking me through the process so I could understand it. He then fully explained what work was required and followed up with a competitive quote. Definitely an engineer that I would be happy to recommend to anyone 👍

We have called Tom out twice now about plumbing issues at my father’s property, one of which was urgent (water pouring through the garage ceiling) on a Friday evening.
