Tom from Davies Plumbing and heating did a very nice job of replacing our leaky old kitchen mixer tap. After visiting us to see our problem, he shared his supplier's photo of the best match for to approve ahead of fitting, and was able to visit very soon after to fit it. He worked quickly, tidily and effectively and was friendly and agreeable to deal with.

Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. What can I say, Mike is AMAZING. I originally met him when I called him for a shower repair one Sunday and he turned up the same day! Mike mended the shower plus some other stuff the same week and I booked him to replace my bathroom a few months later. Mike was very responsive and creative about what I wanted. He came when he said he would and gave me a fantastic, bespoke bathroom and separate toilet within 2 weeks. He also came back 6 months later to repair a tap, under warranty, at no cost to me and within 24 hours of the reported issue. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough. They are brill.

I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Just had some good news for a change . Had a leak on the bath waste pipes coming out of the house at my house in Yorkshire . Didn't look into getting it sorted just called an online company that has local plumbers on the books . Made the appointment and gave card details and then two days later the plumber turns up . At the house 10 minutes , got my tenant to run the bath while he videoed it on his phone then said I need to go back to the office and work out a quote . I get a bill for £162 ,, not for the job , the quote . Seems they charge £125 for the first half hour then £75 every 15 minutes after , regardless of what they're doing . So me being me left them an eloquent review on Trust Pilot , which resulted in an apology email and a full refund . So I decided to give the small guys a go . Sent a message to a company and a guy called Martyn replied . Said he was pulled out last week but would go today . Got a call from him this morning to say he was at the house , could see the problem , was confident it could be done working just from outside and if it's OK with me can he crack on , wouldn't be a costly job . I replied yep , crack on mate . Just had a message to say he'd done the job and an invoice for £72 . That's for digging out cement and fitting two new knuckle bend joints into a downpipe and filling back up the cement . Not a big job but a job well done by an honest tradesmen that doesn't charge stupid money . Lesson learned ☺️

Called Martyn out to a boiler emergency. He was on a job but came within an hour and carried out repair.He also came back day's later to carry out the yearly boiler service. Him and his son are clean and reliable workers and also reasonably priced on jobs.I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a top local plumber.

Several years later we needed a new bathroom for my mother in law who had broken a hip. The work was done fast while she was in hospital and VERY well. And at a good price. Really recommend the firm. Pleasant, honest, reliable, effective. Nice chap. Came out at a week's notice and replaced parents in laws' bath taps. Courteous, friendly, apparently very effective (well, they're still working). Recommended.

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

Rang Thermoman in evening as my boiler stopped working . He came out first thing the next morning and quickly sorted the problem out. I then arranged for it to be serviced the following week. On both occasions he arrived at exactly the time he said he would, was very friendly and professional in his work and left the place spotlessly clean. Competitively priced, and I will be using him again for any future work on heating system and annual service.
