We recently had a horrendous situation with a blocked drain leading into our septic tank. We called Drain Doctor and told Nicola about our situation and she advised us that she would have someone with us the same day to assess the problem. Liam and Asim arrived and thankfully took control. They checked everything thoroughly, including the entrance to the tank, which was clear then worked very professionally and bravely to clear the blockage. Myself and my husband had tried earlier with our own drain rods to no avail. They cleared the blockage and cleaned the area. Liam and Asim then showed me using their camera system that the drain was completely cleared. This was a massive reassurance that the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor. Drain Doctor have been superb from start to finish. Following my query through a directory site, they quickly got in touch to arrange a visit for a blocked drain. Initial attempts to clear this didn’t work, so they came back at a later date to try using a jet, but this too came against issues. The boss, Liam, came himself to check it out, and then came back later again with a special camera to get a proper look, which revealed a mass of roots in the pipe. The team therefore returned at a later date to excavate down a metre and see if the obstruction could be blasted out, but when this didn’t work, they came back within 24 hours with a mechanical cutter that mashed up seven metres of compacted earth and roots - victory at last. They then filled in the excavated area, put the slabs back down and even tidied up the area. The whole time, Liam was prompt and communicative, always explaining what had been tried and what they would try next at each step, and why. I could not fault the service delivered by Drain Doctor - prompt, courteous and thorough - and I would not hesitate to use them again!

I rang on behalf of my 80 year old mum who was having water seeping into her house through drains and plug holes. The lovely receptionist (Nicola) booked an appointment and shifted other jobs around to fit my mum in so it would be as early as they can The 2 lads turned up and were very polite, hard working and very professional. They sourced the blockage and rectified it and even reported on repairs that will need doing in the near future. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor and definitely give it 10/10. Thank you so much

Really quick to come out, same day response which I was grateful for as I had sewage on my patio. Danny who came out was polite, friendly and let me know what was happening at all times. He even cleaned up for me which appreciated. Great service, would recommend.
