Rapid Response really lived up to their name from the start. They responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes. Communication was easy and clear throughout, their price was very competitive. When I spoke to staff at the office to pay the deposit, that was a pleasant and easy experience. John arrived spot on time, Mark joined him to sort out the electrics. My new boiler was fitted and all the controls located in places that are convenient to me, with minimal noise or fuss and John and Mark cleaned up after themselves. John explained how everything worked without being at all patronising, it's sad that I'm commenting on that, but as a solo woman all too frequently it's not the case. So thank you very much John!

These guys quoted for and installed a new boiler two years ago. Excellent service throughout. Came out to see me within two hours and immediately gave me confidence in the company. Installation went like a dream. Took out a five year annual service and Andy who has carried out both services so far is excellent. Professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble

When the boiler decided to pack in 5 days before Christmas and another company pulling out of an installation contacted Rapid Response Heating. They confirmed yesterday (Sunday) that they were able to help, we had a new boiler fitted by 1pm Monday. Thank you Ben and John for the prompt and excellent service you provided. My home is nice and warm again.
Perfect installation in difficult conditions. A new boiler and flue fitted within 48 hours of requesting a quote. Freezing conditions with thick snow on a steep roof and all complete by 3pm. Fantastic work and very knowledgable about the subject of various boiler systems. You may think this is to be expected but not all like to share this information. Excellent and friendly engineers.
