First class service. Came out within 24 hours and quickly identified the issue with my boiler. They were able to order a part and fix the same day. Will definitely use again if required.

The guys came on time,explained what they were going to do,did it with minimum fuss,tidied up afterwards. Job well done ,as usual.

The service visit was carried out within a few days with a further visit to renew a component , the engineer was friendly , efficient and helpful . The follow up invoice was detailed and professional . A good experience .

I had a problem with my boiler [ heating ok but no hot water ]. Within about 1 and a half hours of phoning Haigh and son, the engineer came and fixed the problem.May I also say that the lady who answers the phone has a terrific manner and is extremely helpful.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Andy. He has serviced my gas fire a few times and always done a thorough job. I contacted him with regards to replacing my old boiler. Said he would come out first to check if it could be repaired, no hard sales. As I thought, it did need replacing as the parts would be too costly. Quoted a reasonable price. Kept me updated by text. Did an excellent job fitting the new boiler with his Dad, minimum damage in getting my old boiler out. Even put the wall tiles back that were taken off. Most would not have bothered . Set everything up for me at the end and explained how to use my new boiler. Left everything clean and tidy. Very happy. Hard to get decent, polite trades people these days who do a good job. I have had plenty of experience of bad ones.Thank you, even my cat recommends him.😻

I needed a leak from the shower tracing and as the leak was only showing on the floor of the room next door it wasn't a simple job. Miles kept me fully aware of the steps he intended to take in way of investigation and he did an excellent job. I called GPC on a Saturday morning, to ask if they could come out to investigate why my gas fire wouldn't light. They rang back later that afternoon & arranged for their engineer to attend on Thursday afternoon,They did say were busy & gave me a slot of between 3-5. The engineer arrived at 5.30 & apologised for being late but other jobs had taken longer than planned. He tested the gas fire,carried out a test on the chimney breast in the loft, then stripped everything out of the fire & discovered it was covered in rubble & dust & all the jets were blocked. He cleaned everything out of the fire & out of the gas jets,got it all working again, rebuilt it all, carried out another smoke test & was happy that the fire & flue were working as they should. He was very polite,professional & made no mess at all considering how bad it was at back of my fire,he covered the carpet with a large sheet & vacuumed everything up that had come out of the fire. Great service & work carried out. Will be glad to recommend this company to anyone who needs quality workmanship carrying out.

GPC Plumbing converted a bathroom into a shower room and utility room for me, including installing hot water cylinder. They did a great job from the first contact all the way through to completion.
