I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Highly recommended

Perfect! Needed an emergency sorting out on a Sunday, arrived in less than an hour, sorted out the problem at a great price. Very polite and friendly. We were very happy! Will be using again in future as we want to do some upgrades at the house.

Mr Mulla was a decent professional person and did a good job. He fixed my leaky radiator and disconnected another one. The price was reasonabe considering he came and worked late in the evening. I recommend this guy. Thank you.

We were a new customer, and Tom came out the same day when we had major issues with our boiler and got us up and running. After deciding to invest in a new boiler, this was ordered and fitted quickly. Professional, speedy and great service.

Tom is a very helpful gentleman, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a boiler to install in his area but it was to far for us to travel. I contacted Tom of Parkes Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon just before Xmas. He attended site late in the evening and returned on the Saturday morning to fit the replacement boiler. We will be keeping his number in a very safe place for future. Thanks again Tom , keep up the good work. Absolute Pleasure to do business with you.

I contacted Tom about having a boiler service carried out and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional. I thought he was very knowledgeable about his products and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Danny did our boiler service last year and as he'd arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily (and was someone I felt comfortable to have in the house) I had already decided I'd be a regular customer. Fast forward to the coldest day of the year arrived and the boiler decided not to work so I called Danny - not only did he come out that same day and fix it, he didn't overcharge for an emergency call out and it was all done and dusted by the time I got home. An absolute star, highly recommend.

Needed a boiler servicing quite quickly, was recommended Danny by another plumber. Contacted him on Monday night and he was with us the next day. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Did what we needed, when he said he would and did it for a good price. On top of that a really friendly, approachable, bloke who I enjoyed chatting to. Would definitely recommend to others!

Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

Very pleased with the outcome and work put in by Lee, one of the boiler engineers from Plumbcare. The problem was eventually sorted on our boiler but it almost had him beat. But being very thorough he sorted the issue. So thankyou again Lee and cheers.

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.
