I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.
Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.
Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.
