I highly recommend the gas man for his excellent service and professionalism. He arrived within hours after my call to issue a gas certificate for my boiler. He explained what was not working well and advised how much would fixing it cost. He did not push me to just buy a new one even though the old one was already 8 years old. He gave me the option to choose what was best for me. I decided to go for a new boiler which he fitted the following morning for a reasonable price. He also did gas inspections at my other properties and was always good, fast and had fair prices. He is very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again in the future.

I highly recommend Marcin. I don't usually do reviews but taking the time to do this one! Even with a busy schedule, on 2 occasions now, Marcin has come to the rescue! From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Got in touch with Jamie over the Christmas period over a blocked waste pipe drain causing two slow draining toilets! He was quick to get back to me and even managed to squeeze me in the next day. He finished the job quickly and professionally and I am happy with the results! Was doing a call round plumbers this morning, and they were the first to reply. Immediately said they could help this afternoon, really helpful and friendly. The 2 guys who turned up were fab, took about 30 minutes and it was all done. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I rang Jamie for help with a blocked drain and he came the same day. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Was interested enough with my problem to take time to suggest alternatives, if it looked like just unblocking the drain was not enough. However all was well. He charge is very competitive and he will definitely be the first man to call if I have another problem.

Would highly recommend Jason for your boiler repair or installation of a new one. He came out to mine on a Saturday after getting in touch on Friday evening. Stunning Shower I’m literally over the moon with my new walk-in shower, which was fitted to replace my bath and in just one weekend. The attention to detail and professionalism of Quality Plumbing Solutions is second to none. 
The choice of panels they suggested were a perfect complement to my existing tiles and suite and less expensive too. The respect for my home was lovely to see (I’ve cream carpets throughout so I'm always nervous) and the cleanup left my house just as they found it. The team were a pleasure to have around. Andy is an honest and reliable plumber. He replaced our boiler a few years back after having no end of trouble with a low standard boiler that was previously fitted by someone who wasn't interested in coming back to service/repair. I have to add the cost of fitting the inferior boiler was no cheaper in price than the decent one Andy has fitted and the new boiler has been amazing no issues at all. He also noticed we didn't have a smoke alarm and went back home and brought one back later that evening. Andy contacts me every year to keep on top of its service for which I am thankful. A real genuine nice bloke. Wouldn't trust anyone else and I hope he doesn't ever retire for pure selfish reasons.

Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!
