John provided us with an outstanding service. I contacted him in the early afternoon and he attended the same day and completed the work needed. He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected.
